 Our Biography About the Pastor: - Born in Detroit, Michigan
- Born again in Detroit, Michigan in the Church of God in Christ under his late father, Pastor, Evangelist, District Superintendent, and Executive Secretary to Bishop P. A. Brooks, Gerald A. Echols, Sr.
- Graduated from the Michigan Public School systems
- Attended Henry Ford College, Highland Park College, and Control Data Institute in Michigan where he received high honors in the field of Computer Science. He also attended the C. H. Mason Bible College for Pastoral Studies.
- He began a 28 year career in Computer Science with General Motors, EDS, Alternative Resources, and Wayne Regional Education Service Agency.
- He met and fell in love with the love of his life, Pauline Gibson, of Grenada, Mississippi.
- He married the love of his life in 1973 and to this holy union four anointed and gifted children were born. And they are yet in love.
- He has served in the Church of God in Christ since 1969 in the following capacities: Music Director, Youth Director, Sunday School and YPWW Teacher, Deacon, Jurisdictional Youth Ministry Leader serving 80 churches in Michigan, Evangelist, Assistant Pastor to his father for 15 years, now serving as Pastor of The New Gospel Temple Church of God in Christ and Superintendent of Dunamis District which serves as a support district in the Northeast Michigan 1st Historical Jurisdiction of the Church of God in Christ, serving the church under the leadership of Bishop P. A. Brooks, 1st Assistant Presiding Bishop of the Church of God in Christ, Inc. His love for people has guided him to develop numerous ministries within the church where he pastors.
 About the 1st Lady: - Born in Grenada, Mississippi
- Born again in Grenada, Mississippi in the Church of God in Christ under the pastorate of the late Bishop B. S. Lyle
- Graduated from the Mississippi Public School systems
- Attended Coahoma College in Mississippi and Highland Park College in Michigan. She received an Associate Degree in the medical field
- While in Michigan she met and fell in love with the love of her life, the Rev. Gerald Andrew Echols, Jr.
- She married the love of her life and gave birth to four anointed and gifted children through this holy union.
- She accepted her call into the missionary field
- She began her ministry that has touched many lives by way of counseling, prayer, teaching, encouraging, and defending.
- She now shares in the great responsibility of living and laboring in the role of a pastor’s wife.
- She is an anointed and gifted singer, and a hard worker in the church in whatever her hands find to do.
- She is a lover of people and a wonderful homemaker. She has won the heart of her husband who affectionately calls her his Mississippi Rose.
